Derivation as chartered: one row per vendor per tier: the published price and its unit (per user per month, per document, per module, flat, per interface), the free tier if any, the implementation fee if any, the sector the vendor sells into, and - the column that does the work - WHETHER A PRICE IS PUBLISHED AT ALL.
Measured on this first reading: of 66 verified vendor and catalogue pages, 20 print a figure in the page text and the rest quote on request, and the split is not random - the SMB process-documentation tools publish (SweetProcess $99/month, Way We Do $99, Egnyte $22/user/month, Slite $10/user/month, Symbiant from £100/module/month), while every specialist policy-management vendor a regulated buyer shortlists (PowerDMS, NAVEX, ConvergePoint, Zavanta, DocTract, Quantivate, Ideagen, Lexipol, MCN/Ntracts) publishes none.
The derived figures nobody else holds: the share publishing by vendor class and by sector, the median and range of published per-user price, the price per UNIT normalised across five different pricing units, the entry price by company size, and repriced-since the previous read.
