Sopvo Pro is $49 a month and renews automatically each month at $49 until you cancel. There is no minimum term and the price does not change on renewal. Cancel from the billing page inside the app, in one click, without emailing anybody. Access runs to the end of the month you have paid for, and your register stays readable and exportable afterwards.
Online payments: Stripe's processing fee plus a 1% platform fee per payment, deducted before your payout.
Why not just use SharePoint?
If you have somebody who will build metadata columns, an approval flow and a review reminder in SharePoint and keep them working, build it there: you are already paying for it and a configured intranet will beat any small tool. Sopvo is for the organisation that has nobody to build that and has a shared drive with forty-eight files on it today.
