What this service is

Sopvo is software for managing written procedures: the register, the owner of each one, the current version, the review date and the signatures against it, plus the worksheets that price the review load and the attestation cycle.

How we are paid

Sopvo Pro is $49 a month. You pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, and we are the vendor of the software; nobody else is party to the contract.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Sopvo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Sopvo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The worksheet index is a list of every free worksheet on this site with its inputs and what it computes, published as CSV so you can read it without us.

No warranty

The worksheets do the arithmetic you ask them to do on the figures you give them. They are not advice on what your procedures should say, and whether a procedure is adequate is your organisation's judgement to make.
